We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours. We are UK based so your order should be with you quickly – but this does depend on Royal Mail, so delivery times are sadly out of our control!

If for some reason we are unable to despatch your order promptly, you will be notified immediately by e-mail with a reason. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you of when we expect it to be back in stock and give you the option to cancel your order and receive a refund, wait for the item to be back in stock or pick a similar item.

All parcels are despatched using Royal Mail’s 1st class delivery. They aim to deliver first class items within 1-3 working days, but delivery times are not guaranteed. 1st class does not mean next day delivery.

Please allow 10 working days from your despatch notification for your item to be delivered. If your order has not been received 10 working days after being sent (for UK customers – international customers, please allow 20 working days) please notify us at sales@saharasboutique.com.

Please note – if your parcel is lost or delayed – it is the fault of Royal Mail and we have no control over it. It is very rare, but it does happen. If it happens, we will do our best to help you, and we’re on your side. – if you received a despatch e-mail, that means your order was despatched in the first available post after the e-mail was generated – that means Royal Mail have your parcel. We can’t do anything until two full weeks have passed from posting.

Return Policy

Due to hygiene reasons body jewellery is not returnable unless faulty. Please make sure to order the correct size of jewellery for your piercing as bars cannot be exchanged.

Sahara’s Boutique is not responsible for replacement of jewelry damaged by misuse, improper care, or for jewelry ordered in the wrong size, style or material for your piercing. We do not replace jewelry stripped or cracked by over-tightening. Damaged Acrylic balls from alcohol cleaning will not be replaced. Also, threaded balls on all jewelry should be checked often to make sure they have not come loose.

Product descriptions for each item are provided and include sizing, materials, etc. If you should have any questions regarding item specifications please e-mail us at sales@saharasboutique.com.

If you wish to cancel your order you may do so any time up until the parcel has been shipped. In the event of cancellation any money you have paid will be refunded in full. You may also change your order any time up until it is sent. If you wish to change your order (for example, you realise you’ve ordered the incorrect size) please inform us by e-mail at sales@saharasboutique.com.

If you have received a faulty item, or the incorrect item has been sent to you, please inform us within 7 days by e-mail at sales@saharasboutique.co.uk and we will arrange for you to return the item for inspection and rectify the mistake.
